This Android app needs SMS read permission to automatically read and use OTP to authenticate mobile phone number, the user can deny for this permission if they don't want to grant SMS read permission.

This Android app needs contact permission to access customers' contact list to be able to share mobile app on behalf of the customer when they wish to share the Mera Market with their friends, the user can deny for this permission if they don't want to grant contact permission.

By using or accessing the Application the Users agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. The Users also expressly consent to the Company’s use and disclosure of their Personal Information in any manner as described in this Privacy Policy.

In the Legal Proceedings Company is required to respond to any legal proceedings, including any legal notices or court orders, User Personal Information may be disclosed pursuant to such legal proceedings.

We reserve exclusive rights to modify, amend any condition in this document which will be informed to you via the mobile app.

Cancellation by Mera Market

1: We may cancel your order in case the items are not available in market.

2: We may cancel your order if good quality of items is not available as per our quality checks.

3: You shall be informed about cancelled orders via an SMS.

Cancellation by You

1: You can cancel your order until the cut-off time for cancellation. Post cut-off time you cannot cancel your order.

2: Your order amount will be refunded after the cancellation request is processed.

3: All refunds if any will be credited to your user account.

4: You can cancel only whole order, not a single item.

Time taken to process cancellation request

1: Cancellation via mobile app is instant and your order will be cancelled immediately.

2: In case of any refund delay after we have processed your cancellation, please get in touch with us via the feedback form.

How to cancel your order online

1: To cancel you order, please visit “My Orders” section of mobile app and thereon you can cancel the order you want.

Return & Refund Policy

1: Since we deal in perishable items such as Vegetables and Fruits, we will accept return of food items only within 24 hours of delivery of items. To return the item please contact us via the feedback form in the mobile app. The feedback form is also available in our Order Details screen. The process for refund and return is exactly the same.

2: Mera Market will bear the cost of return. The customer does not have to pay anything extra for refund or return. In case of return the amount will be refunded in your account within 24-48 hours.

3: In case of any quality issues, the customer has the right to return the products. We would, at our discretion, try our best to partially or fully refund for the unused items post collecting the spoilt item. However Customer won’t get any refund for fully used items or items which are thrown away.

4: We cannot guarantee taste of the food item, vegetable or a fruit as there is no way to perform a quality check on it.

5: REFUND FOR TASTE ISSUES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

This Customer agreement is an agreement between you (Customer, User of this site) and Mera Market.com (Site,App, We, Us) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive Mera Market service, which includes delivery of product orders.

These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are effective upon acceptance in registration for new registering users, and are otherwise effective from 11 July 2016 for all users. By registering/signing up on the website you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy, please do not register for or use Mera Market.com.

If you are under 18, you may use Mera Market.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

1: Use of the Mera Market.com Site and Mera Market Mobile Application:

Membership on the Website/application is free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Mera Market does not charge any fee for browsing on the Mobile APP. In particular, Mera Market may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Mobile APP. In such an event Mobile APP reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee and Credit policies shall be posted on the Mobile APP and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees.

Non-payment: Mera Market reserves the right to issue a warning, temporarily /indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership of the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Mobile APP in case of non-payment of fees by you to Mera Market. Mera Market also reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment of fees by you to Mera Market. You shall not attempt to or circumvent or manipulate the billing process or Fees owed to Mera Market incorporated by way of reference in this Agreement.

2. Your Account:

You agree to provide Mera Market with accurate and complete information as required by registration for Mera Market Service including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and Shipping addresses, telephone/mobile number. You will remain liable for any use of the Mera Market Service until you notify Mera Market of the unauthorized use, loss or theft.

3. Usage of the Mobile Number of the User:

Mera Market may send order confirmation & update the customer on the order status and any further order information via SMS (short messaging service) or call on the mobile/Landline number given by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer hereby unconditionally consents such intimation via SMS/Call by Mera Market in accordance with the 'Do not disturb' guidelines of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or such other authority in India and abroad

4. Arbitration:

If any dispute arises between you and Mera Market during your use of the mobile app or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Customer Agreement, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator, who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Mera Market. The place of arbitration shall be Vadodara (Gujarat). The Courts at Vadodara shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

5. Indemnification:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Mera Market and its Associates harmless from any claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising in connection with a violation of this Agreement by you or through use of your account. The limitations and exclusions in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Privacy:

Use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be located at Privacy Policy section.
